    Having access to your SAS email account is extremely important and it’s the primary way the School will contact you throughout your time of study. Please ensure you are regularly checking this email for communications.

    Please remember that all internal SAS students should login using the SAS user login option. Please use your SAS email address as your username and your usual password for emails. If you are an external student please use the external user login, using the login details previously given to you.

  • Setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA)

    The first time you log in with your university credentials with a new device, you will be asked to use multi-factor authentication (MFA).

    Resolved - We’ve fixed it!

    Due to an unexpected service incident, users in the Americas may have experienced slower Similarity Report generation times in Turnitin Similarity, SimCheck, Originality and Crossref Similarity Check, when submitting Microsoft PowerPoint files. We are pleased to advise that the service has been restored.

    The incident occurred between the following times:

    PDT: March 26th 17:50 - March 26th 01:53
    BST: March 27th 00:50 - March 27th 09:53
    AEDT: March 27th 11:50 - March 27th 19:53


    We regret any inconvenience this may have caused if you were impacted by today’s incident.

    Identified - Due to an unexpected service incident, users of the following products Turnitin Similarity, SimCheck, Originality and Crossref Similarity Check, may be experiencing slower Similarity Report generation times when submitting Microsoft Powerpoint files.

    During this time, users may find that submissions are slower to generate a Similarity Report.

    We invite you to track the progress of this incident while we work to bring the service back to optimum health.
