Study Online had some updates between the 15th and 20th of September. If you detect anything not working as it should, please contact the Study Online team at studyonline_support@sas.ac.uk. Thank you for your cooperation!


Planned outages for student records systems:

SITS client, evision and application form will be unavailable Tuesday 23rd June between 8am and c. 10am whilst we carry out maintenance.


Previous planned outages for student records systems:

  • SITS client, evision and SID – Sunday 2nd Feb. pm c. 5 hours.
  • SITS client and evision – Tuesday 11th Feb 8am to 2pm
  • Student Portal – Monday 9th March short outage am
  • SID – Tuesday 17th March 8am to 9am
  • SITS client, evision and the application form - Thursday 23rd April 8am to 10am

We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.
