    Fri, 02 May 2025, 11:30 AM

    May 2, 03:30 PDT
    Resolved - We’ve fixed it!

Due to an unexpected service incident, users of Turnitin, Turnitin UK, Similarity, Originality, SimCheck, Authorship, iThenticate, Crossref, and iThenticate V2 — including those accessing these services via integrations, may have experienced delays in Similarity Report generation, slowness when accessing these services, logging in and uploading submissions.

We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The incident occurred between the following times:

    PDT: May 2nd, 03:30 - May 2nd, 04:30
    BST: May 2nd, 11:30 - May 2nd, 12:30
    AEST: May 2nd, 20:30 - May 2nd, 21:30

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused if you were impacted by today’s incident.
