Internship

As an integral part of the course, we assist students in finding internships with human rights organisations based in and around London during the academic year. Students are strongly encouraged to make the most of this opportunity, particularly if they have no previous experience in NGO or human rights work.  For those who do have such experience, placements can be useful in establishing contacts or increasing their range of expertise. The practical expertise acquired is an invaluable complement to the course in general, and the Securing Human Rights modules in particular. Part-time students are also encouraged to do a placement, in their first or second year (or even both).
